Job summary

NurtureCare Limited is seeking compassionate staff for full-time flexible shifts to provide care for children and young adults with complex health needs in a home environment. The role includes administering medication, personal care, and communicating effectively with clients and their families. Comprehensive training and 24/7 support from experienced care staff will be provided.

Job description

NurtureCare is commissioned to support both children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment.

Full-time - Fully Flexible Day and Night Shifts, Waking Nights.

Clinical care that you will provide – full training will be given:

• Chest management
• Moving and handling including the use of a hoist and slide sheets
• Aiding with morning and night time routines including personal care, dressing and washing
• Administering medication
• Assisting with eating and drinking
