NurtureCare is seeking dedicated care staff to support children and young adults with complex health needs in a home environment. The role involves providing essential clinical care and personal assistance, with full training provided. Candidates should possess a Level 2/3 qualification in Health and Social Care and have strong communication skills. Flexible day and night shifts are available, ensuring a rewarding work experience.
NurtureCare is commissioned to support both children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment.
Full time - Fully Flexible Day and Night Shifts, Waking Nights.

We are looking for staff who have:
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently unable to offer sponsorships for this position.
Clinical care that you will provide – full training will be given:
• Chest management
• Moving and handling including the use of a hoist and slide sheets
• Aiding with morning and night time routines including personal care, dressing and washing
• Administering medication
• Assisting with eating and drinking
Things we appreciate, but not required:
