Job summary

Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to provide flexible treatment room sessions across primary care services in Llandudno. You will support nursing and clinical teams with routine observations and essential tasks within GP clinic environments.

Responsibilities include ECGs, wound care, phlebotomy if trained, and updating patient records, all while maintaining a safe, compliant clinical space and smoothly supporting clinicians across various sessions.

Qualifications

• Previous HCA experience in primary care or NHS settings.
• Confident performing routine clinical observations.
• Phlebotomy experience desirable.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinic environments.

You will assist with day‑to‑day treatment room duties, essential observations and routine procedures, ensuring smooth patient flow and consistent clinical support across the service.
