Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to go door-to-door, providing personal care and building meaningful relationships with clients in their own homes. You will help with daily tasks and contribute to improving quality of life in TW3–TW14 areas.

Full-time hours are available. Training will be provided; no prior experience required. Benefits include mileage paid, DBS cost coverage, a company phone, and 28 days of annual leave pro rata.

Shifts available for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 07:00am - 19:00pm
• 15:00pm - 22:00pm
• Minimum availability 30 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.
• No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
