Care Outlook Ltd in Chestnut Court TW19 and Beechwood Court TW16 provides care to the elderly in their own homes. We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to help improve lives by delivering personal care, building relationships and supporting clients in a compassionate, respectful manner.

You will assist with daily tasks, undertake light housekeeping and monitor wellbeing, contributing to a warm, safe environment and high quality care.

As a healthcare assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorized to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am - 15:00pm
• 07:00am - 19:00pm
• 15:00pm - 22:00pm
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you're available to do.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
