HFH Healthcare Limited seeks compassionate carers to deliver nurse-led home care to adults and children across diverse needs. You will work in clients’ homes, following care plans, with full training and ongoing clinical support to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Role offers flexible regular shift patterns, daily pay options, and continuous professional development. All positions require UK work eligibility and a driving- or transport-access requirement, with comprehensive onboarding and support.

Qualifications

• Care experience preferred but full training provided.
• Good command of English and effective communication.
• Flexibility on travel and shifts may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nurse-led home care to adults and children in clients' homes.
• Travelling to client sites and planning shift routines with minimal travel.
• Record observations and escalate changes to the clinical team.

At HFH Healthcare we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults & children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support, enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex. We deliver care 24hour a day, 365 days a year.

Requirements

• You must be over 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Flexibility on travel; some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
• An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration INDX

Client and Training

62yr old Female client with Tracheostomy, Ventilation and Spinal Cord Injury. 6 months of previous care experience is preferable however full training, supervision and support is given to all successful candidates. Our carer development centre comprises of interview and training rooms, and specialist and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of clientspecific needs, including:

• Tracheostomy care
• Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
• Airway suctioning
• Cough assist
• Autonomic Dysreflexia
• Oxygen therapy and monitoring
• Bowel management
• Enteral feeding
• Epilepsy and seizure management
• Catheter care
• Complex medication administration
• Behaviours which challenge
• Complex moving and positioning

What HFH offers (pay and benefits)

• Daily pay rates up to £134.48
• Typically, our live-in clients have clinical needs that require approx. 11hrs support throughout the day. Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, for a live-in carer wishing to work a 2weeks on, 2weeks off pattern (which equates to 26 weeks a year), earns up to £24,475.36
• per annum.
• We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
