Job summary

HFH Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistants to support an elderly man with complex healthcare needs across Radstock, Bath, and nearby Somerset towns. This role requires hands-on tracheostomy care and ongoing clinical support within a dedicated care team.

Shifts include day and night hours, with weekend and bank holiday enhancements. PAYE employment, holiday pay, pension, and wellbeing support are provided to help you deliver high-quality,

Qualifications

• Experience in paediatric complex care and tracheostomy management desirable.
• Experience in elderly/complex care is advantageous.
• Strong compassionate approach to care with patient-centred focus.

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistants to support an elderly man with complex healthcare needs across Radstock, Bath, Midsomer Norton Westfield, Writhilngton, Peasedown St John, Somerset. The client require tracheostomy care and ongoing clinical support, so previous experience in paediatric complex care and tracheostomy management is desirable.

Salary: Hourly pay rate of £12.71- £16.00

Schedule: Available Shifts:

• Day Shifts: Between 8:00am & 9pm
• Night Shifts: Between 20:00pm & 9:00 am

What HFH offers?

• Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
• Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
• Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 555 p/wk*.
• The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 £28,950*.
• We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
• *Please note: This dependant of their shift pattern (days/nights/weekends) and these rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.
