Healthcare Assistant wanted to join our Clinical team in Blackpool!

• Hours – Part-time


• Location – Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4EW


• Salary – £13.26 an hour

Main duties of the role

Support the delivery of healthcare services to vulnerable and complex patient groups, working alongside clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centred care. Duties include supporting clinical assessments, undertaking wound care, ECGs, observations and venepuncture, promoting health and wellbeing, and working collaboratively with partner agencies to improve patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate patient records, contribute to achieving service targets and QOF requirements, and ensure care is delivered in line with local and national guidelines. The postholder will manage their workload effectively, adhere to safeguarding, infection control and risk management procedures, and demonstrate compassionate, professional and non-judgemental care at all times.
