Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare Limited is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality complex care to a young male in his home in Kent. You will support daily living activities, monitor health, and work with the family to uphold dignity and independence.

Drivers with moving and handling experience and knowledge of autonomic dysreflexia are essential. Excellent pay, guaranteed hours, and full training are provided to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience providing complex care in a home setting.
• Experience with autonomic dysreflexia management and monitoring.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to a young male living in his home environment. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive and meaningful impact on his daily life while working closely with his family to uphold his dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring his health and wellbeing, and always ensuring his comfort and safety. The successful candidates will provide ongoing support in relation to his medical history and individual care needs.

We are looking for carers with experience in :

• A proven track record of going above and beyond, one of our core values at OneCall24Healthcare, to help clients achieve meaningful social outcomes and make a positive impact on their lives
• Knowledge and experience in managing Autonomic Dysreflexia
• Moving and handling experience
• Experience supporting clients with spinal injuries
• Previous experience within complex care

All candidates MUST be drivers, as the client may have access to mobility vehicles/ WAV's that they may need to drive.
