Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare Limited in Luton is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to provide complex care day and night, following a personalised care plan and maintaining the highest standards of client safety.

You will work under the supervision of Nurse Managers, support clients with conditions such as cerebral palsy and non-verbal needs, and you must hold a full UK driver's license to access client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care for clients with cerebral palsy and non-verbal needs, including full hoisting.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join OneCall24 Healthcare and support our amazing client in the Luton area. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care throughout the day and night, overseeing the client’s health-related needs and delivering care in line with a personalised care plan created specifically to meet their individual needs.

You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to provide guidance and support, ensuring you feel confident in delivering the highest standards of care. This is an excellent opportunity for Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about making a positive difference and are looking to develop their skills and experience within a supportive and professional care team.

We are looking for carers with experience in :
