Job summary

OneCall24 Limited is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a baby boy in his home in Skegness. This complex care role involves close collaboration with his family to maintain dignity, independence, and comfort throughout daily life.

You will work with tracheostomy and ventilator care, suctioning every 3–4 hours, and you must be a driver with a full UK license. We offer guaranteed hours, full training, and competitive pay rates (£15.00–£15.80 per hour) with day and night shifts.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to a little baby boy living in his home environment.This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive and meaningful impact on his daily life while working closely with his family to uphold his dignity, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include suctioning every 3-4 hours per day, closely monitoring the client's health and well -being, and ensuring his comfort and safety at all times.Please note that the client has sensitive skin, so appropriate care and attention must be taken to protect his skin.

We are looking for carers with experience in:
