Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a female client at her home in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. You will work closely with the client, family, and care team to deliver tailored support that promotes comfort and wellbeing.

The role requires experience with complex care needs (tracheostomy, ventilator, catheter care) and moving and handling. Full UK driver's license is mandatory, with days and waking nights shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience providing person-centred care in home settings.
• Valid UK driving licence required (full).
• Ability to follow individual care plans and work with families.

Working closely with the client, her family, and the wider care team, you will play an essential role in ensuring her safety, comfort, and overall well-being always.The role involves providing high-quality care in line with her individual care plan, monitoring her condition, supporting daily routines, and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment where she can thrive.Your compassionate approach and commitment to delivering exceptional care will have a positive impact.

We are looking for carers with experience in
