Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare in Redditch is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a client with complex care needs. You will follow a personalised care plan and deliver care during day shifts, with guidance from Nurse Managers to ensure high standards.

Drivers with a full UK licence are required. This role offers training, guaranteed hours with set rotas, and the chance to develop skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Driver's license is required.
• Experience with Acquired Brain Injury is preferred.
• Experience with Rehab support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care according to a personalised care plan.
• Support the client’s health-related needs day and night.
• Work closely with Nurse Managers to maintain high standards of care.

You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to provide guidance and support, ensuring you feel confident in delivering the highest standards of care.This is an excellent opportunity for Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about making a positive difference and are looking to develop their skills and experience within a supportive and professional care team.
