Job Title: Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care

Location: Shaldon, TQ14 0BT, Newton Abbot, England

Salary: GBP13 - GBP22 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide complex care for clients in various settings. The role involves supporting individuals with conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease (MND), ventilator support, PEG feeding tubes, manual handling, and personal care needs.

Shifts & Hours

• Shift schedule: 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am
• Shift duration: 12 hours per shift
• Coverage: 2:1 care, 24/7 support

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in complex care and ventilator support preferred
• Ability to assist with cough assist, suctioning, and manual handling
• Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills
