Job summary

InHealth, the UK’s leading diagnostic and healthcare provider, is seeking a flexible Healthcare Assistant Bank at NWCATS Manchester. You’ll welcome patients, help prepare them for procedures, and support clinical colleagues with both clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

You’ll help maintain a safe, clean clinical area, update patient records in the management system, and advocate for patient privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer or patient-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting.
• Good understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection.
• Flexible approach to work, including willingness to adjust shifts when needed.
