A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join their Ophthalmology team. You will provide support to nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care in a safe environment. The role involves working flexible shifts across various sites, requiring a commitment to teamwork and patient welfare.

Working as a Health Care Assistant at Practice Plus Group Ophthalmology, Bamber Bridge, Preston you’ll provide support to the nursing staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a high standard of care to patients in a safe and caring environment. This will involve working with our Ophthalmic Nurses in outpatients and theatre.
Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
This role is for 37.5 hours per week across 4 days, travel to mobile sites across Preston, Lancashire, Manchester and Yorkshire will be part of the contract.Travel time and mileage will be paid - Shifts start at 07.30am.
Applicants would need a full and clean drivers licence andophthalmology experience would be preferred but is not essential.
