Join a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering high-quality care in North Lincolnshire. This apprenticeship role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills within the healthcare sector. As an apprentice, you'll work alongside a supportive team, assisting patients with their daily needs while learning from experienced Registered Nurses. You'll also have the chance to complete a Level 2 qualification, enhancing your career prospects in the NHS. If you're passionate about making a difference and eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career in healthcare.
Successful applicants will possess excellent communication skills, be capable of working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative. A mature manner and the exercise of confidentiality and discretion are also important. Previous experience of care is desirable, however not essential. We believe skills are transferable so if you have never worked in a care setting previously then do consider what skills you feel you can bring to the role.
If you don't already have a Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 2 apprenticeship qualification relevant to your role.
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.
Whether you already work for us or are joining the Trust and NHS for the first time, apprenticeships can help you to develop the skills, knowledge and know-how in order to embark on a successful and fulfilling career within the health service.
