Job summary

Park Vale Academy within Redhill Academy Trust is seeking a Healthcare Assistant/Administrator to support student health, wellbeing and day-to-day administration. The role includes first aid, record-keeping, and coordination with families and external professionals within a busy school environment.

Term-time, 33 hours per week, part-time as stated, with enhanced DBS checks required. A supportive team, induction and CPD opportunities are offered as part of the Redhill Teaching Hub network.

Healthcare Assistant / Administrator - Park Vale Academy

Redhill Academy Trust pay scale Band 6 scale points 29 - 32

Actual salary: £19,198 - £20,356 per annum (Full Time Equivalent: £25,467 - £27,004)

33 hours per week (Mon, Tues 08:00 - 16:00, Weds - Fri 09:00 - 15:00) - Part time, Permanent, Term time only

Your role

As our Healthcare Assistant/Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and day-to-day administration of the academy. You will provide first aid and healthcare support to students, maintain accurate records, liaise with families and external professionals, and assist with a range of administrative duties. This is a rewarding and varied role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to both student welfare and the smooth running of the academy.
