Job Title: Healthcare Assistant at Bere Clinic

Responsibilities:
  • Join an inclusive and supportive team providing care to individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Conduct ward rounds, analyze behaviors, and adapt care accordingly.
  • Update patient records and provide overall care and support, including assistance with personal hygiene.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate compassion, resilience, and vigilance in a challenging environment.
  • Contribute to the recovery pathway of patients, helping them lead valued and fulfilled lives.
Shift Pattern:

12.5-hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends.

Workplace:

Bere Clinic is a 12-bed CAMHS service supporting young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. The facility includes an onsite school and a full multidisciplinary team, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a new service and help shape its future.
