We’re now hiring compassionate, experienced support workers who can hit the ground running and make an impact in the lives of CYP and parents—including a range of locations such as hospital-based settings like Derriford Hospital (e.g., post-natal supervision, observation of parent-infant bonding, and crisis family support).

  • Working 1:1, 2:1, or team-supported (3:1 / 4:1) on bespoke care plans.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Observing and guiding parents during vulnerable periods, such as after birth or during MH crises (e.g. supervised support at local hospitals like Derriford).
  • Offering short notice support with a calm, caring, and solution-focused approach.
  • ? Experienced in delivering high-impact, regulated care for CYP (safeguarding is central).
  • ? Desirable: Own car & full UK driving licence (with or willing to add business insurance).
  • ?️ MAPPA or PMVA trained (essential).
  • ? NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3 (or higher) in Health & Social Care preferred.
  • ? Able to communicate clearly, write quality notes using our SaaS platform, and work as part of a safeguarding-first MDT.
  • ? Available with short notice and comfortable with sub-mini contracts.

  • ? Weekly Pay – Every Friday, just in time for the weekend!
  • ? Reimbursement of mileage and travel expenses.

  • ? Rolling momentum of 1 to 12-week sub-mini contracts across a 7-year Devon framework.
  • ? Devon-based Social Care Manager, locally present to support you.
  • ? Full contractor care: Compliance help, onboarding, flexibility, and regular check-ins.
  • ️ Fully compliant with all UK payment models (Umbrella, PAYE, etc.).
