At Frontline Social Care, we specialise in safeguarding-first, trauma-informed, strength-based care packages for children and young people (CYP) across Devon.
We’re now hiring compassionate, experienced support workers who can hit the ground running and make an impact in the lives of CYP and parents—including a range of locations such as hospital-based settings like Derriford Hospital (e.g., post-natal supervision, observation of parent-infant bonding, and crisis family support).
