We are pleased to offer a vacancy for a caring and motivated Health Care Support Worker to join the Midwifery Team on Maternity Triage at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
Main duties will include assisting the midwifery team with the delivery of patient care whilst maintaining a clean, tidy and safe ward environment conducive to high standards of patient care. The role will also involve the provision of some administration support to the midwifery staff, e.g., ordering of supplies.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a caring and empathetic approach and an ability to relate positively to staff, patients, and visitors. Significant and relevant work/social experience which has utilized skills and knowledge beneficial to this post are essential.
This post involves working shifts, including night duty.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
