HRString Ltd is a well-established independent domiciliary care provider delivering quality care to service users across Swansea and surrounding areas. We are looking for compassionate care assistants to support or undertake health-care tasks under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists, including personal care, meal support, and day-to-day domestic duties.

Previous care experience is welcomed, training will be provided, and applicants must be located in the UK with valid right

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UK AND HAVE A VALID RIGHT TO WORK, Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.
