HRString LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking a caring and reliable care assistant to support service users with daily living tasks. You will monitor vital signs and medications under supervision from registered nurses and physiotherapists, assist with bedside and personal care, and help with meals and household duties as needed.

Training is provided, and previous care experience is welcome. You must be located in the UK with a valid right to work, and you will be expected to maintain

Mansioni

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UK AND HAVE A VALID RIGHT TO WORK, Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
