We are looking to appointenthusiastic and hard-working Health Care Assistants to work with themulti-disciplinary team on the Community Ready Unit.

The Community Ready Unitoffers a relaxed environment for patients who are community ready and may beawaiting various community support. The successful candidate will work as partof our Transfer of Care Hub to support patients who are community ready tocontinue their rehabilitation potential. This exciting unit only opened January2024 and we are continually striving to improve the quality of the service weprovide.
The post holder would beexpected to work a rotation of days, nights, and weekends to meet changingservice needs. As a unit we are looking for enthusiastic, creative and positiveindividuals with outstanding communication skills.
