Superior Healthcare in Sevenoaks is urgently seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support a client with complex clinical needs. The role involves assisting with enteral feeding, gastrostomy, medication administration, oral suction, ventilator care and manual handling, all within a person-centred care approach.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, with long days 8am–8pm and sleep nights 8pm–8am; flexibility for day and night work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing care to clients with complex clinical needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support with complex clinical needs including enteral feeding, gastrostomy, medication administration, oral suction, ventilator care and manual handling.
• Deliver person-centred care, supporting the client’s routines and interests such as music and activities.
• Provide care in a flexible shift pattern, including day and night rotations.

Superior Healthcare are urgently looking for Healthcare Assistants!

Superior Healthcare are recruiting a Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a client in Sevenoaks.

The client has epilepsy, is registered blind, has some hearing loss, and is non-verbal. You will be supporting with complex clinical needs including enteral feeding, gastrostomy, medication administration, oral suction, ventilator care and manual handling.

This role is also very person-centred. The client enjoys music, going out, and taking part in different activities, so supporting their routines and interests is a key part of the role.

Full training and ongoing clinical support will be provided.

Shifts

Monday to Sunday - long days 8am-8pm and sleep nights 8pm-8am. Ideally, the healthcare assistant should be flexible to work both day and night shifts.
