A healthcare provider is seeking a passionate Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker to join their Primary Care team at HMP Risley in the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker to join the Primary Care team at HMP Risley, a category C prison located in the Risley area of Warrington. This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients and delivering outstanding care. HMP Risley has an operational capacity of around 1100 inmates and is a 20‑minute drive from Warrington and 30 minutes from Wigan.
This is a full‑time role, working an average of 37.5 hours per week. The role is mainly day shifts (including weekends) between 07:30 and 20:30, with one week of nights every five weeks.
This position is full‑time; you’ll receive an annual salary of £25,557 – £29,723 per annum, depending on experience.
Candidates are required to have the legal right to work in the UK and, due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
