Job summary

Empowering U Healthcare in Nottingham is seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support children and adults with complex needs in their own homes. Roles include care plans, personal care, mobility support, and promoting independence.

We offer flexible shifts (days 8am–8pm) and a competitive hourly rate of £12.71–£14.29, depending on package, shifts and availability. A UK driving license is required to enable mobility support.

Qualifications

• 6 months UK-based care experience.
• Valid UK driving license required.
• Willing to drive clients' mobility vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily activities.
• Promote independence, dignity and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families.
