Personal / Home Care Assistant

I am a 34 year old woman looking for a Personal Assistant to join my support team. I have a very rare and complex health which means I need help in everyday tasks and getting out and about to allow me to have the best quality of life possible. Ideally a female individual is preferred. On occasions I do need assistance with a wheel chair.

I need support with managing my personal care and healthcare needs each day, however currently I also have a daily visit from a nurse specialist to connect me to my feed as I am fed intravenously.

When I am well, I enjoy being able to get out with my support dog and would love to go to new places so a full driving licence and car is required, and any candidate must be comfortable around dogs.

You Will Receive
  • Up to £16.00 per hour, subject to experience, completion of probation and training
  • A pension if eligible
  • 5.6 weeks per year pro rata
  • Full certificated training on all aspects of the role
Hours Available
  • A flexible 16 hours per week
  • There is the opportunity to work additional hours on occasions
