We are seeking experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.

You should be passionate about delivering high-quality care, building positive relationships with service users and their families, and empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Meet our service user

Our service user lives in Mossley and requires support with complex care needs on a 2:1 basis during the night.

We look for individuals who are patient and cheerful to provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement, enhancing her quality of life and well-being.

She takes pride in her appearance, enjoys beauty treatments, and getting her hair and makeup done. She loves indulging in pampering sessions.

Her interests include online shopping, baking, watching TV, and listening to music.

She cannot mobilize independently and relies on her care team for support with personal care, medication, repositioning, and clinical interventions during the night.

During overnight shifts, you will promote a restful environment, remain alert, and respond to needs as required.

Please note, applicants must be pet-friendly as our service user has two pet dogs.

Our service user has specifically requested female staff to work on her team.

Available shifts:

• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Pay rates:

Weeknights: £13.50/hr (approx. £162 per 12-hour shift)

Bank holidays: £17.50/hr (approx. £210 per 12-hour shift)
