Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd in Fontwell is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support residents in a Residential Home. You will help with daily living tasks and provide compassionate care, ensuring dignity and independence for each resident.

The role requires 18+, right to work in the UK, a full UK driving licence, flexibility to travel to different care settings, good English, and a DBS check on registration. Training and development are funded by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.

• DBS check to be completed upon registration; prior clearance preferred.
• 6+ months experience in a Nursing or Residential home setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting residents with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You’ll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity.

What We’re Looking For

• You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
• Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings.
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
• 6 months or more experience in a Nursing home or Residential home setting
