Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care across a range of settings, from elderly care to complex needs. You’ll support service users with daily living, mobility, meals, and companionship, always respecting dignity and privacy.

The role offers flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends) with weekly pay, paid training, and progression opportunities. Applicants should have 6 months+ care experience, a valid driving licence, be over 18, and have the right to work

Qualifications

• 6 Months or more experience working in Nursing/residential homes.
• Valid driving licence and access to vehicle.
• You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to attend shifts at short notice and travel to different care settings.
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
• You will be required to work within both residential and support living services to meet the needs of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You’ll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity.
