Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking Care Assistants to join our team at Monaveen Extra Care Scheme in Eastergate. You will provide personal care, build relationships, and support residents, with shifts from 07:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 on site in Eastergate.

No experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Own transport may be needed for some nearby areas; the role is on-site with an emphasis on compassionate care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Care role with personal care and monitoring of residents.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Authoured to work in the UK – sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (washing, toileting, dressing).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and support with daily activities.
• Record observations and report changes to supervisors.

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting with as a carer:
