Job summary

Care Outlook LTD is seeking enthusiastic Care Assistants to support residents at Monaveen Extra Care Scheme in Eastergate. You will provide personal care, build relationships and help improve the quality of life for vulnerable clients, delivering compassionate, patient-focused support.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; full support will ensure you are confident to deliver outstanding care. Applicants should have access to transport for some nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing etc.).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

As a healthcare assistant/support worker you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting with as a carer:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00


• Must be available for alternate weekends

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning, ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

No experience necessary, as our support workers are provided with excellent training in full.
