Job summary

Empowering U is seeking Healthcare Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centred care to children and adults with complex needs in Derby. Roles include day, night, and bank shifts within a nurse-led, home-care setting.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of care experience in the UK.
• Experience with children or individuals with complex needs is desirable.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic IT skills for completing documentation.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).

Available Role: Derby – Days and Nights / Bank Shift

Client: Child Male with Cerebral Palsy - Hours:16.00pm-20.00pm Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs,Fri

About the role

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans

• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
