First Option Healthcare is currently recruiting a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Assistant to join our rapidly growing team!

We offer a great opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their family homes.

We are seeking HCA's / Carers with experience working with adults or children with the following needs:

• Tracheostomy
• Peg Feeding
• Seizure Management
• Suctioning
• Enteral feeding
• Non-Invasive Ventilation (BIPAP)
• Personal Care

Hours and Rate:

NIGHTS only - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday

Weekly payments, £150 referral fee, 3 months rolling rota, permanent and additional ad hoc work available.

In-house bespoke training provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Using complex care equipment and carrying out complex care procedures
• Supporting clients outside of the home, e.g., medical appointments
• Caring for patients within their own homes and building rapport with family members
• Ensuring care plans are followed and escalating changes to clinical leads safely and efficiently
