Job Title: Healthcare Assistant in Outpatients

About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will bring relevant experience, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to support our healthcare team. You should demonstrate patience, focus, and excellent communication skills. Being a team player with diligence, IT literacy, and a passion for development is essential. Qualification requirements include an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, along with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist colleagues in various specialties including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Neurosurgery, Plastics Surgery, ENT, Cardiology, GP Services, Psychiatry, and Physiotherapy.
• Provide personalized care to patients.
• Manage activities and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of clinics.
• Assist consultants and nurses with procedures such as dressings and wound care.
