Key Qualifications

• NVQ in Health and Social Care is a plus

• Developing care plans and risk assessments
• Overseeing safe administration of medicines
• Undertaking observations, spot checks and quality assurance
• Completing and updating care records on in‑house systems
• Assisting the Registered Manager to deliver high‑quality care
• Managing on‑call duties on a rotating basis
