Job summary

Eden Brown is seeking an experienced Healthcare Architect for a fully office-based role in Oxfordshire. You will work on fast-paced projects within existing buildings, from concept through to completion, with a strong focus on technical detailing and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–10 years of UK architectural experience, ARB Part III, and proficiency in Revit and NBS Create. Salary £40,000–£50,000 DOE, permanent, and full-time.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years' UK architectural experience required.
• ARB Part III qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Strong Revit skills and knowledge of NBS Create are required.
• Experience with RIBA Stages 4-5 and UK Building Regulations.
• Experience with refurbishments and/or fit-outs and liaison with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through to construction.
• Coordinate with contractors on site and liaise with planning authorities.
• Deliver technically robust drawings and detailing for healthcare schemes.

An established architectural practice in Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced Architect to join their team, working on fast-paced and technically challenging healthcare projects, primarily within existing buildings.

This role would suit an experienced Architect who is confident working with minimal supervision, has strong technical skills and enjoys being involved from concept through to completion.

What we're looking for:

• 3-10 years' UK architectural experience


• Qualified ARB Architect / Part III


• Strong Revit skills


• NBS Create experience


• Experience across RIBA Stages 4-5


• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations


• Experience with refurbishments and/or fit-outs


• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills


• Experience coordinating with contractors on site, as well as liaising with planning authorities


• A genuine interest in the healthcare sector

The projects are complex, fast-moving and predominantly within existing buildings, so a good understanding of technical compliance, detailing and construction is essential.

This is a fully office-based role in Oxfordshire with no remote working, offering £40,000-£50,000 depending on experience, aligned with the RIBA pay scale.
