Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Healthcare Architect to lead major healthcare projects and manage a range of smaller healthcare schemes. You will coordinate design and construction phases, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships across NHS and private sector opportunities.

The role requires extensive UK healthcare experience, leadership skills, and a strong command of Revit/BIM, building regs and quality standards. Collaboration across disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 3 qualified and ARB registered.
• Experience leading healthcare projects in the UK, with £100m+ scale preferred.
• Proven ability to manage design teams across multiple projects and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead major healthcare projects and smaller healthcare assignments within the studio.
• Coordinate design and construction phases, ensuring quality and timeliness.
