Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital is seeking a part-time Healthcare Account Manager to manage relationships with healthcare referrers and corporate partners, driving patient referrals and revenue for a 12-month maternity cover.

The role is 30 hours per week with occasional weekend or evening work, offering up to £30,000 pro rata depending on experience. You will liaise with internal teams to promote services and support charitable initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales or business development is advantageous.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with referrers and corporate partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare referrers and corporate partners to generate patient referrals and revenue growth.
• Act as the primary liaison between referrers and Nuffield Health, ensuring awareness of services, specialties and new developments.
• Analyse referral performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform business strategy.
• Deliver educational events, seminars, GP learning programmes and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience, service delivery and brand awareness.
• Support the launch and promotion of new services, facilities and treatment pathways.
• Promote the Nuffield Health brand and values across all stakeholder interactions.
• Manage the hospital's social media platforms, promoting and celebrating the work undertaken at the hospital.
• Plan and host engagement events for patients and referrers, focusing on education and supporting the charitable purpose.
