Job summary

Pin Point Health and Social Care is seeking a proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant based in Middlesbrough to drive temporary healthcare placements. You will own the recruitment cycle, liaise with care settings, and ensure compliant placements, while enjoying uncapped commission and development opportunities.

Based in our Middlesbrough office, you’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative team that values impact on clients, candidates, and the wider health and social care community.

Qualifications

• Prior recruitment experience in healthcare or temporary staffing is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary healthcare staffing from prospecting to placement.
• Build lasting relationships with care homes and nursing services.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and calls to identify opportunities and win new business.
• Register and interview candidates, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Match healthcare professionals (e.g., HCAs, RNs) to suitable roles.
• Handle shift bookings, contract management and aftercare support.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota (shared).
