North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Visitor to lead the Healthy Child Programme in Halton, delivering universal and targeted support to babies, young children and families from pregnancy through to school age.

You will work within an integrated 0-19 service, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote health and wellbeing, support safeguarding, and help reduce health inequalities in the community. Flexible working will be considered for all roles.
