Job summary

Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Visitor for Crewe on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will join a newly formed 0-19+ team, working Monday to Friday 9-5, full time 37.5 hours, at Eagle Bridge Health Centre.

You will lead safeguarding and delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, manage a caseload, and collaborate with partners to improve child health across the service area. NHS terms apply and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• RN (Adult or Child/RSCN) or RM.
• BSc/Public Health Nursing – Health Visiting or equivalent.
• V100 Nurse Prescriber.
• Motivational Interviewing trained.
• Solihull Approach trained.
• Promotional Interviewing trained.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Health Visiting caseload within the 0-19+ service.
• Deliver the Healthy Child Programme and safeguarding duties.
• Work as part of an integrated team and collaborate with partners.
