Are you a passionate and dedicated health professional looking to make a real difference in your community?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Health Visitor and Clinical Quality Fellow. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with strategic project management.

What You'll Do

1. Health Visitor Role: Provide expert health visiting services to families in various community settings. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care. Contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative health visiting services.
2. Clinical Quality Fellow Role: Undertake a structured work-based program, mentored by a Public Health Nurse Consultant. Identify, design, and manage a project focused on improving population health and reducing health inequalities. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the organization's quality strategy objectives.

CLCH NHS Trust is one of the few trusts still offering the recruitment premium introduced in April 2023 to attract and retain qualified Health Visitors within CLCH’s Health Visiting Teams. For registered Band 6 Health Visitors, this post offers a premium of £2,500 payable upon commencement of employment (T&C’s apply).
