We are currently working with a Local NHS Trust seeking a Band 6 Health Visitor to join the Milton Keynes 0-19 Universal Service.

What’s on offer:

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• Contract length: 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension
• Location: Milton Keynes
• Rate of pay: £27p/h Umbrella

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake initial family health needs assessments or delegate this responsibility to other team members where appropriate
• Provide Health Visitor expertise to clients within a community setting
• Work in partnership with vulnerable families to enable optimal health outcomes
• Conduct risk assessments prior to home visits
