We are working with a local NHS Trust seeking a Band 6 Health Visitor to join their 0-19 Universal Children's Services, based in Dagenham.
Rate of pay: £28 - £30 p/h Umbrella
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: 3-month initial contract with the possibility of extension
You will provide the Health Child programme for children aged 0-5 and their families. Your main responsibilities will include supporting safeguarding, attending Child Protection conferences, core groups, early help and mentoring, as well as conducting home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus.
