Are you a passionate and experienced public health nurse looking to support families and young children in the community? We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Health Visitor to join our dynamic team, delivering the Healthy Child Programme and promoting health and wellbeing from pregnancy through to school age.Key Responsibilities: • Deliver the Healthy Child Programme through health and developmental reviews, screening, immunisations, and health promotion• Support parents and carers with advice on infant feeding, sleep, weaning, mental health, and child development• Assess family health needs and refer to appropriate services where necessary• Safeguard and protect children through early identification of risk and collaborative multi-agency working• Maintain accurate records and contribute to child protection case conferences and core groups• Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive and skilled team environmentRequirements: • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RN Child) with NMC registration• Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN – Health Visitor) qualification• Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills• Experience in safeguarding and child protection• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)We Offer:• A welcoming, supportive team with strong clinical leadership• Ongoing training and CPD opportunities• Flexible working arrangements• The opportunity to make a lasting difference in the early years of lifeIf you are committed to improving outcomes for children and families and want to be part of a passionate community-focused team, we’d love to hear from you
