Job summary

David Lewis is seeking a Health, Social Care & Clinical Skills Trainer to join the Learning & Development team. The role involves delivering engaging training across the organisation, supporting induction and mandatory programmes, and conducting competency assessments to drive outstanding care.

You will work across various teams, coaching colleagues, identifying learning needs, and promoting safe, person-centred support with enthusiasm and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, coaching or assessing within health, social care or healthcare settings.
• Able to engage learners with varying backgrounds, abilities and learning styles.
• Understands person-centred care and what great support looks like.
• Excellent communication skills and plenty of enthusiasm.
• Holds a training qualification (or is willing to work towards one).

Responsibilities
