Morgan Hunt is seeking an experienced Health & Social Care Lecturer for a temporary contract based in Epsom. You will teach and assess Health & Social Care courses for 14-19 and adult learners, delivering programmes from Entry Level to Level 3 and acting as a personal tutor for designated students.

You will support student achievement, progression, retention and development, oversee course work and liaise with employers on placements.

Qualifications

Teach and assess Health & Social Care courses for 14-19 and adult learners.
Deliver programmes from Entry Level to Level 3, including college-based qualifications and workforce development.
Must have a DBS on the update service.

Responsabilités

Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons and assessments.
Develop schemes of work, syllabuses, learning materials and outcomes.
Monitor and record student progress, assessment and attendance/discipline.
Provide regular feedback, tutorial and pastoral support.
Support admissions, enrolment, induction and student tracking.
Work with employers and other agencies regarding placements and career opportunities.
Maintain course records and prepare documentation for internal/external moderators and verifiers.
Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and course reviews.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, equality and GDPR requirements.
