You will teach and assess Health & Social Care for 14–19 and adult learners, deliver programmes from Entry Level to Level 3, mentor students, support progression, and ensure safeguarding, health and GDPR compliance. DBS on update service is required.

• Act as a personal tutor/course coordinator for designated students.
• Support student achievement, progression, retention and development.

• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons and assessments.
• Develop schemes of work, syllabuses, learning materials and outcomes.
• Monitor and record student progress, assessment and attendance/discipline.
• Provide regular feedback, tutorial and pastoral support.
• Support admissions, enrolment, induction and student tracking.
• Work with employers and other agencies regarding placements and career opportunities.
• Maintain course records and prepare documentation for internal/external moderators and verifiers.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and course reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, equality and GDPR requirements.
